The hotel provided convenient access to many restaurants. I walked easily to several nearby. The staff was professional and helpful. They provided quick assistance when needed.
The in-room temperature was centrally controlled, I could not adjust it myself.

perfect location, elegant stay
helpful receptionist excellent location convenient metro
hugo at the front desk provided many recommendations. the room location proved excellent. ile de louis has cafes and restaurants. metro station nearby is so convenient.
the shower presented an awkward situation. it made it difficult to prevent flooding the bathroom. this aspect needs improvement. it affected my experience.

prime location peaceful retreat replenished coffee
the location is prime a short walk gets you to main attractions. my room was especially clean it created a peaceful retreat. the available coffee for the in-room maker was always promptly replenished.

adequate stay, some drawbacks
convenient location helpful staff warm room early noise
the location was really convenient for getting around. the staff were generally helpful (they always had a smile!).
the room was quite warm and i couldn't adjust the temperature myself. delivery trucks started making noise outside early each morning (around 6 am). this made it difficult to sleep well.

amazing bathroom tiles luxurious robes
The room had lovely decor. Amazing bathroom tiles and linens were special touches. The eco-friendly coffee balls and coffee maker provided a great way to get going in the morning. The water pressure for showering was amazing. The towels and robes felt luxurious.
The hotel did not have a working elevator, inconvenient.
